Adele- Live From Soho.

This was released on iTunes a few weeks ago, but I didn't want to post about it until I heard it. It's insane how Adele's voice in her live performances sounds exactly how it sounds in the studio versions. Now that is talent. If only people could get past her appearance and focus on her voice. Anyway, if you are a huge Adele fan like I am, you will enjoy this. Click the album cover to purchase it from iTunes. And since we are talking about Adele here, check out this video of her singing with the beautiful, multi-talented Alicia Keys at the Black Ball back in November. They perform "Hometown Glory" and Alicia's favorite, "Make You Feel My Love." I don't know how or why I'm just now seeing this:

Inauguration Performances.

Many, many, many artists are getting together and performing in celebration of Barack Obama's inauguration. Celebration at the Lincoln Memorial on January 18th includes performances by artists such as John Legend, Stevie Wonder, Heather Headley, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, and more. The show will be broadcasted LIVE on HBO at 2:30 PM (EST). The Encore will air at 7PM. Also on the 18th, there will be an inaugural ball, Dreams From My Father American Scholars Inaugural Ball, in D.C. at the Four Seasons. Expect performances by Alicia Keys and more. (More info here).

Australian Alicia Keys Interview.

In this interview, she talks about being on tour with Jordin Sparks, Ne-Yo, burping, and her "pigeon incident." It seems like the guy who was doing the interview was irritating her. "I don't know how to burp on cue! Who knows how to do that?! I can't do that!" Listen here.
